About Lochend in the Valley
Lochend is Gaelic for “at the end of the lake.”
Lochend in the Valley builds fine, affordable homes in Invermere,
British Columbia. Lochend Gardens, our newest development, is a

Award-winning architect Richard Cordner practices both in Alberta and in
British Columbia. Richard has designed buildings in Calgary, Canmore and
Banff, and is known for his flair with mountain-style design. He creates
welcoming environments that please the eye and soothe the soul. Richard
lives in Calgary.
Project Manager Bob Kelly has worked in residential construction for
thirty years. He and his wife Sandra designed and built luxury homes in
Calgary for twenty of those years. Bob and Sandra have worked with
architect Richard Cordner since 2004. The Kellys can’t imagine living
anywhere but Invermere.
